About me

  • I am a Senior Research Scientist at the Canada Centre for Mapping and Earth Observation, Natural Resources Canada. I use satellite Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) for studying natural and anthropogenic ground deformation.
  • I am also a project manager for the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) funded project “The development and delivery of on-demand RADARSAT Constellation Mission ground deformation products based on advanced InSAR technology".
  • For studying transient deformation, I have developed Multidimensional Small Baseline Subset (MSBAS) software that combines ascending and descending InSAR data for computing one dimensional (1D), two dimensional (2D) and opportunistically three dimensional (3D) deformation time series.
